About Us

About Us

Our 2 pups Milley aka Floof and Forrest aka Paws had problems digesting mass produced treats.

So in true country style we tried making our own.

After years of perfecting our technique (during this time Floof & Paws were very happy to provide feedback on each and every treat), it occurred to us maybe we weren’t the only paw-rents in this dilemma! And so Floof’n Paws was born.

Why Floof’n Paws?

Keeping it Local

All our treats are made on the Fleurieu Peninsula using Australian ingredients, 95% of which are SA grown or raised.

Quality Ingredients

We only use premium, human grade meats, which are hormone and steroid free, and sourced from naturally raised animals.

Single Ingredient

Nothing else snuck in. Yes, we mean no fillers or grains, no preservatives, just pure natural treats.

Gluten Free

All our ingredients are naturally Gluten Free.

Hand Crafted

As all our treats are sliced, quality inspected and packed by hand, this means we can ensure high quality every batch.

Sliced Different

Our treats are sliced thinly which means easy to break, easier to digest and suitable for the fussiest of pets (teeth optional)

Our Range

Wafer Cut Liver

Wafer cuts are easier to break apart whether you are a toddler or have arthritis.  Slicing liver rather than mashing means it’s more easily digested by your pet.  Dogs or cats with dental issues have no problems enjoying this treat, it’s snappy and crunchy but so thin they can crush it in their mouth. You can also crush it and use it as a meal topper.

Thin Cut Jerky

Our thin cut jerky is soft and chewy, there is no mistaking this Jerky for a rock, which means you can tear it apart (or take a pair of scissors to it) for smaller pieces. We make bigger pieces so pets can hold and chew as a snack, ours do this while watching TV or as a midnight snack! Unless you have a larger dog at that point there will be some chewing and down the hatch followed by where’s my next piece?

Vegetable Chips

A nice snack for pets that do like vegetables, they crunch, they’re healthy, high in vitamins and minerals and a great addition to your pets diet. You can even break them up and mix into their dinner or soak in warm water to soften to add to dinners.  Sweet Potato does tend to be a little thicker than Pumpkin so not recommended for dogs with minimal teeth.
