Where can I buy your products?
You can purchase our products from our listed stockists shown on this page. These include pet shops, veterinary clinics, specialty stores, and local markets.
Are all products available at every stockist?
Product availability may vary by location. We recommend contacting the store directly before visiting to confirm they have the specific product you’re looking for.
Why do we do a Wafer Cut?
Wafer cut makes it easy to break apart whether you are a toddler or have arthritis. Slicing liver rather than mashing means it’s more easily digested by you pet. Dogs with dental issues have no problems enjoying this treat, it’s snappy and crunchy but so thin they can crush it in their mouth. You can also crush it and use it as a meal topper.
What is a Thin Cut Jerky?
Our thin cut jerky is soft and chewy, there is no mistaking this Jerky for a rock, which means you can tear it apart (or take a pair of scissors to it) for smaller pieces. We make bigger pieces so pets can hold and chew as a snack, ours do this while watching TV or as a midnight snack! Unless you have a larger dog at that point there will be some chewing and down the hatch followed by where’s my next piece?
What are Vegetable Chips?
A nice snack for pets that do like vegetables, they crunch, they’re healthy, high in vitamins and minerals and a great addition to your pets diet. You can even break them up and mix into their dinner or soak in warm water to soften to add to dinners. Sweet Potato does tend to be a little thicker than Pumpkin so not recommended for dogs with minimal teeth.
Why are your Treats different to what I can buy everywhere else?
The majority of treats available in the market today are mass produced. Bought in bulk, packaged and distributed by lots of different brands (that’s why they all look the same). Our products are small batch meaning we slice, quality check and pack by hand. We do not sell any products we have not made ourselves from raw ingredients.
My dog doesn’t eat treats!
We love this remark and we hear it a lot at markets. Generally speaking if you are making food (or the occasional steak) for your pets dinner then mass produced treats won’t be enticing to them. They have learnt what really good meat smells and tastes like. This is why all of our meats are naturally raised with zero hormones or steroids, the meat has time to develop flavour. Our Jerky range is normally our go to in this scenario.
How will I know if my dog will eat your treats?
If you find you buy treats only to get home and your pet isn’t overly enthused by them, check out our facebook page to see what markets we have coming up and bring your fur baby to visit us so they can try before you buy. All markets we attend are pet friendly (on lead required)
How long will my order take to get to me?
We pack and deliver your order to Australia Post same day (if we receive your order before noon) or following business day, it is then in the hands of Australia Posts delivery network.
Why don’t you offer Express Shipping?
We live in the country, Australia Post’s truck collects mail at 3pm Monday – Friday. Express post will not get your package off the Fleurieu Peninsula any faster, it just costs more.
